For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the following position in Hamburg-Finkenwerder , Germany with immediate effect:

Job description:

  • Participate in and contribute to a high performing cross-functional Customer Account Support Team and Customer Resolution Services Team
  • Responsible and proactive management of the customer-specific open order book
  • Build and maintain strong customer satisfaction through industry-leading quick response times as well as qualified responses to all customer requests and inquiries
  • Handle quotations and customer orders pertaining to the products including timely follow-up on quotations, claims, and orders in accordance with KPIs
  • Maintenance of customer records
  • Drive customer satisfaction by providing high-quality responses to all customer-related requests for spare parts and related services
  • Maintenance and development of the customer service quality level
  • Directly contribute to the increase in customer satisfaction and enhance internal and external communication related to customer material order performance
  • Support organization in securing on-time material delivery to meet customer expectations
  • Train and support our customers in using our e-commerce platforms
  • Participate in backup arrangements in support of absence by other Customer Resolution Specialists
  • Participate in periodic functional and cross-functional activities (e.g., projects, meetings, etc.) as per agreement with the manager

Personal requirements:

  • Proactive, customer-oriented attitude and working style for internal stakeholders and customers
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior communication skills and intercultural understanding

Professional experience:

  • Disposition/Material purchasing, Customer Service, and Logistics min. over 2 years

IT skills:

  • SAP min. deep application knowledge
  • Google Workspace

Qualifications:

  • Business or Supply Chain/Logistics min. Bachelor degree

Further skills:

  • Shipping or aviation knowledge is an advantage

Language skills:

  • English min. fluent
  • German is a plus
