For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the following position in Hamburg-Finkenwerder , Germany with immediate effect:

Supply Officer Cabin (d/f/m) – limited to approximately 1 year Ref. 10321379

Job Description:

• Actively managing the material flow to internal and external customers and finding solutions to meet customer requirements for cabin parts
• Ensuring the accuracy of requirements communicated to suppliers
• Communicating requirements to suppliers
• Issuing and tracking orders, anticipating production disruptions, and managing recovery plans
• Actively participating in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes
• Monitoring supply chain performance in daily operations and maintaining regular contact with suppliers
• Communicating with internal customers about the status of order processing

Personal Requirements:

• Die Fähigkeit Zusammenhänge und Funktionsweisen schnell zu Erkennen und zu Analysieren
• Selbstständiges, Strukturiertes und Ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten, um Ziele termingerecht zu erreichen und Arbeitsabläufe effizient zu koordinieren
• Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um mit Ansprechpartnern aller Ebenen zusammenzuarbeiten
• Reisebereitschaft – muss vorhanden sein ca. 8 mal jährlich für eine Woche international

Education / Studies:

• Engineering (at least technician/business administrator) or
• Business Administration (at least technician/business administrator) or
• Supply Chain/Logistics (at least technician/business administrator)

Professional Experience:

• Planning/Material Procurement (at least 3 years)
• Purchasing (at least 1 year)
• Customer Service (at least 3 years)
• Supplier management (at least 3 years)
• Supply chain/logistics (at least 3 years)
• Supply chain experience (at least 2 years)

IT:

• SAP/R3 minimum knowledge of detailed functions
• Google Workspace

Language Skills:

• German (at least business fluent)
• English (at least business fluent)
