That’s where you come in? We’re looking for an experienced
Personal Assistant to support Bitmovin’s Co-CEOs
- someone who can bring order to complexity, stay two steps ahead and keep things moving when priorities inevitably shift. You’ll be right at the centre of the action: coordinating senior stakeholders, managing complex calendars and travel, anticipating what’s coming next and protecting our CEOs’ time so they can focus on the things that matter most. And there’s a lot in it for you. You’ll get a front-row seat to how an international SaaS company actually runs - the decisions, debates, trade-offs and priorities that come with building and scaling a global technology business. You’ll work directly with two experienced CEO's and alongside senior leaders across the company, gaining exposure to everything from customers and commercial strategy to product, people and operations. Few roles give you this level of access or the opportunity to learn how decisions really get made at the top of a business. You’ll need to be exceptionally organised, proactive, discreet and difficult to faze. Plans will change. Diaries will collide. Something urgent will inevitably appear from nowhere.
You’ll be the person who quietly sorts it. We’re particularly interested in people with
demonstrable PA/EA experience supporting C-level or founder-level leaders , ideally within a fast-moving, international environment. Fluent
German and English
is essential. This isn’t just diary management. It’s a chance to become the trusted right hand to two Co-CEOs, see a global SaaS business from the inside, and learn a huge amount along the way.
