The project focuses on designing, building and operating multi-cluster environments based on Red Hat OpenShift 4 and Kubernetes. The role covers Infrastructure as Code, automation, platform and SaaS services, virtual networking and a central data analytics and management platform in a multi-tenant environment.

- Design, build and maintain multi-cluster environments based on Red Hat OpenShift 4 and Kubernetes
- Manage, optimize and operate Kubernetes and OpenShift resources, including virtual network infrastructure
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code solutions using Helm, Helmfile and Kustomize
- Build, integrate and operate modern platform and SaaS services
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes
- Support the development and operation of a central data analytics and data management platform in a multi-tenant environment
- Work closely with infrastructure, development and operations teams in an agile environment
- Your profile:
- Several years of experience operating and developing Kubernetes and ideally OpenShift platforms
- Strong Linux, Infrastructure as Code and IT infrastructure automation skills
- Strong knowledge of Helm, Kustomize, CI/CD pipelines and Git-based deployment processes
- Experience with Configuration Management, container technologies and DevOps methods
- Knowledge of Shell, Go, Java or Terraform
- Nice: Vault, Keycloak, ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible and Artifactory
- Experience in agile project environments
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good English skills, minimum B2
- Duration: 35h/week. Start: 11/2026. End: 30.04.2027, option to extend
