We are looking for you as an ERP Project Manager (m/f/d) – CERM at Bizerba, a role available 100% remotely. The CERM In‑house Expert is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the ERP‑system CERM at eight international production sites. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that the ERP system meets business requirements and increases efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of an industry‑specific ERP‑software (CERM) at eight international labels production sites
• Design and implement robust, system‑driven standard processes based on a standardized end‑to‑end process landscape
• Ensure a common concept for consideration of production‑parameters that influence calculation (make‑ready times, waste, speed)
• Develop KPI reporting for production‑relevant key figures based on real‑time data from production (e.g., machine utilization)
• Configure and adapt the ERP system according to the identified requirements
• Cooperate closely with the production plants to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Train Key Users
• Implement best‑practice standards
• Provide continuous support and troubleshooting after the system implementation

Qualifications

• Several years of experience with the CERM software, ideally also ESKO
• Production technology expertise in the labels business
• High level of self‑motivation, proactive work style, and willingness to travel
• Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills; additional European language skills are a plus
