What impact will you make?

As a Professional Services Consultant, you’ll be the trusted advisor for our clients, ensuring they maximize value from our Bizzdesign Solution Suite. You will:

• Deliver expert consultancy, training, and strategic guidance to large enterprises.
• Lead business and technical engagements, from onboarding to implementation.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to drive success and solve critical challenges.
• Manage projects, meet deadlines, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Help define and improve best practices to enhance customer experience.
• You’ll be part of our global Professional Services team within the Customer Success Organization (CSO), working remotely while covering the DACH and wider EMEA region.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in technology-enabled consulting, delivering value to enterprise clients.
• Background in Business Process Management, Enterprise Architecture, SaaS Business Consulting or related fields.
• Knowledge of modeling languages (ArchiMate, UML, BPMN, etc.) – a plus!
• Fluent in German & English (written and spoken) – this is a must.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• A track record of driving value, adoption, and retention within internal or external stakeholders.
• A problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region to engage with customers. This happens only at the request of your managed client portfolio, and it amounts to roughly 5-10% of your time in this role.

Recruitment process

In this role, you can expect the following interviewing process:

• 1st Interview with our Internal Recruiter (30 minutes)
• 2nd Interview with our Managing Consultant, Professional Services Consultant and VP of Sales DACH (1 hour)
• 3rd Interview with our Chief Customer Officer and Global Director of Professional Services (1 hour)
