3. Independent design and/or implementation planning as well as control and coordination of the team\’s planning work
4. Professional representation of the company and communication with our clients and specialist planners
5. Fundamental interest in sustainable architecture
6. Passionate employee management and development
7. High performance motivation and above-average quality standards
8. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
9. Entrepreneurial thinking and negotiating skills
10. At least six years of professional experience in managing challenging projects
11. Very good German and English language skills
