Over the past two years, black.com has established itself as a small player in the encrypted email space for people and organizations that care deeply about privacy, security, and control over their data.
With the upcoming release of black.com version 2, we are looking for a Head of Marketing & Sales to build our growth engine from the ground up: strategy, campaigns, sales outreach, messaging, positioning, and team hiring.
Your Role
You will be responsible for turning black.com into a visible and trusted brand in the encrypted communication and privacy space.
You will define the strategy, launch the first campaigns yourself, build the initial marketing and sales infrastructure, and hire the team once channels prove successful.
You will identify and test the most promising acquisition channels, including influencer marketing, paid ads, B2B outreach, partnerships, content, and other scalable growth channels.
You will manage a marketing budget of up to €100,000 per month, depending on campaign performance and measurable success.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in marketing, growth, sales, or business development. Ideally in software, SaaS, cybersecurity, privacy, communication, or another technical field.
You can write, test, launch, measure, and improve campaigns yourself.
You have a strong technical interest in cryptography, privacy, security, or encrypted communication.
You have an extraverted personality and are comfortable reaching out, building relationships, negotiating, selling, and representing the company externally.
You have a perfectionist personality, high standards, and a strong sense for detail.
Native-level or C2-level English is required. You must be able to write and judge excellent English copy, messaging, outreach, and campaign communication.
