Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (f/m/x) The Opportunity A private equity-backed Enterprise IT Services company headquartered in Switzerland is seeking its next Chief Executive Officer to lead the business through an exciting phase of expansion. The Mission The incoming CEO will become the external face of the company, driving commercial growth while building the next chapter of the organisation.
Key priorities include:
Accelerating organic growth of 10–15% annually through new client acquisition and strategic account development.
Personally engaging with key customers, developing C-level relationships and acting as the company's primary commercial ambassador.
Defining and executing a European growth strategy, with particular focus on expansion into the Nordics and Benelux.
Developing the company's long-term technology vision across Enterprise IT Services, Data Management and Artificial Intelligence.
Driving both organic and acquisition-led growth in close partnership with shareholders.
Strengthening organisational structures, leadership capabilities and scalable management processes while preserving the company's entrepreneurial culture.
Working closely with an experienced executive team to build a high-performing organisation.
The Ideal Candidate We are looking for an entrepreneurial executive who combines commercial excellence with deep technology credibility.
The successful candidate will bring:
Proven P&L responsibility for a business or business unit within Enterprise IT Services.
A strong track record of business development, strategic sales and key account management.
Deep expertise in Enterprise IT Services, Systems Integration, Data Management, Cloud and AI. Experience with PIM, DAM or MDM ecosystems would be highly advantageous.
A growth mindset with experience scaling businesses both organically and through acquisitions.
A hands-on leadership style, comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
Experience building high-performing leadership teams and introducing scalable organisational structures.
A strong international outlook with the ambition to build a European market leader.
Strong understanding of manufacturing, industrial, retail and consumer goods sectors, and their digital transformation challenges.
Native-level German and fluent English, any other language is a plus.
Willingness to be present at the Swiss headquarters at least two days per week, with regular travel across Europe.
Entrepreneurs or founders who have successfully built and scaled technology businesses, or senior executives who have led substantial business units with full commercial responsibility, are particularly encouraged to consider this opportunity.
