Senior FP&A Analyst (m/f/x)

To strengthen their FP&A team, we are exclusively supporting them in the search for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join and grow with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a business partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimisation across diverse markets.
- Support Group FP&A Director with the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes, focusing on top-line revenue drivers.
- Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
- Support country FP&A teams with in-depth financial analysis on revenue performance, cost optimization, and identifying mitigating actions.
- Deliver comprehensive financial reports and dashboards, clearly communicating key performance drivers along with risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to align financial objectives with business strategies, ensuring profitable growth and cost efficiency.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring alignment with top-line targets and cost optimisation goals.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and insight generation.
What you bring:
Technical skills:
- Professional qualification (e.g., CIMA or ACCA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a Scientific discipline (e.g. Chemistry).
- Several years of FP&A and/or commercial experience with solid ability to read P&L and Cash Flow statements.
- Proven experience navigating complex matrix environments with multiple stakeholders and short deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting with some level of reporting commentary.
- Expertise in Excel (complex lookups, if statements and Pivot tables) and PowerPoint with good knowledge of PowerBI or other BI tools.
- Understanding of data structure with the ability leverage AI tools to automate processes.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data, including cost analyses, to non-financial audiences and influencing senior stakeholders.
