ph3Senior Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer /h3h3About the job Senior Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer /h3pbPrimary Responsibilities: /b /ppCollaborate with business units to identify and define requirements /ppAnalyze current processes and support the development of potential solutions /ppPlan, lead, and document workshops and requirement-gathering sessions /ppModel, validate, and document business processes in the process portal using BPMN /ppServe as a liaison between business units, IT, and external software providers /ppbCandidate Profile Key Requirements: /b /ppExtensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Requirements Engineer within the financial sector essential /ppProven track record in agile project environments, particularly in collaboration with technical implementation teams essential /ppProfessional certification as a Requirements Engineer and/or Business Analyst essential /ppStrong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, combined with a confident and persuasive communication style essential /ppSolid knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly in the areas of AML, sanctions, and anti-bribery corruption essential /ppbLanguage Requirements: /b /ppGerman: Native level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills /ppEnglish: Very good command, both written and spoken /ppbDepartment Activities / Project Scope: /b /ppThe project focuses on implementing a range of AML-related requirements within the customer onboarding process. This includes initial and ongoing screenings against external lists (e.g., sanctions, PEPs), as well as maintaining and updating customer master data.
