YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You work on the development and production of our products and are responsible for manufacturing prototypes and products
• You develop components and manufacturing processes with a focus on lightweight solutions for aerospace applications
• You participate in a fast and iterative development process, contributing your own ideas and concepts to our products
• You are responsible for scaling and industrializing manufacturing processes
• You support the team as a point of contact for process and material topics in the design of components, fixtures, and molding tools

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or a related field
• You have some initial professional experience in manufacturing processes or lightweight construction
• Your excellent teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate with other teams set you apart
• You have strong manual skills and a practical, solution-oriented approach to work
• You are creative, curious, and passionate about innovative lightweight solutions
• You possess excellent English and German language skills
