YOUR PROFILE
- Ownership mindset— you see what needs doing and hold yourself accountable without being managed
- Generalist background — experience across, facility management, or operations, IT infrastructure; end-to-end ownership, not just contribution
- Process builder — you've created workflows from scratch; ambiguity energises you
- Vendor & contractexperience— you've negotiated, set expectations, and pushed back
- Communication — direct, proactive, reliable; stakeholders are never left wondering
- On-site presence across Garching and Taufkirchen
- German C1–C2 (must have) · English B2+(must have)
