Responsibilities
- Acquire clients and achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Research into select identified accounts to identify key personas and develop a plan to reach out to the prospects.
- Initiate telephone and email contact with potential Enterprise prospects from various lead sources.
- Build a strong sales structure that understands the customer and puts the customer at the center of all activities.
- Development and implementation of commercialization and lead generation strategies.
- Accurate forecasting for the timely (over) achievement of set goals and KPIs.
- Cooperation with the customer success team.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales.
- Fluent communication in German and English both written and spoken.
- Experience in the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.
- You are excited and competitive about sales and closing deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The capability of connecting business needs to solutions.
- General understanding and curiosity about AI technologies.
