Blickfeld has developed its own LiDAR technology based on a frictionless MEMS mirror. This technology allows us to produce high performant and robust LiDAR sensors at low cost.
Our LiDAR sensors create 3D data of the environment in high resolution. These 3D point clouds contain detailed information about the exact position, speed, and size of objects, which allows us to analyze the movement of people, vehicles, and other objects. These properties make our LiDAR superior to cameras, radars, and similar sensors used in security and smart city applications today.
