- Build and ship impactful B2B product features using Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, Vue.js, and Node.js .
- Work closely with product, design, and other engineers to craft seamless, high-impact experiences.
- Own your work— experiment, iterate, and push boundaries .
- Balance fast innovation with long-term stability — move quickly, but don’t burn the house down.
- Help shape the future of Blinkist’s B2B product with your unique insights and ideas.
What You Need To Have
- 3+ years of production-grade experience in full-stack web development.
- A basic foundation in Ruby on Rails —you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable working with it.
- A product-first mindset. You care more about impact than just code quality.
- A bias for action. You don’t wait for perfect conditions—you build, ship, and iterate.
- Proficiency in English (and ideally, you\’re in Berlin).
