At least 4 years of experience in a management consultancy, brand consulting, (interior) architecture firm, innovation and design studio or product management Completed studies in the fields of social/cultural sciences, design, psychology, data science, graphic/communication design, (interior) architecture, organizational development or comparable Affinity for topics related to innovation and digital transformation A keen sense for social trends Excellent communication and formulation skills Work independently, analytically and strategically German and English skills are very good WHY THIS POSITION?
