Let's embark on this exhilarating journey together and make a lasting impact on the world of finance! /p h3WHAT YOU'LL DO: /h3 ul liPartner closely with Ripple's Product and Engineering teams to bring new products and features to market and collect, refine, and prioritize customer requirements. /li liHandle mid‑sized customers and partners independently. /li liServe as the functional and technical specialist to achieve the business objectives of both customers and partners and Ripple. /li liDrive the design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions. /li liBreak down project objectives into appropriate and manageable tasks and achievements, assemble and guide both internal and external resources on their execution and progress of the work. /li liBe responsible for the entire delivery life cycle, starting from training, conducting meetings, testing configurations, and launch support. /li liGuide customers/partners to achieve maximum benefits from their implementation. /li liTravel to customer and partner locations when work‑related travel resumes (20‑30%). /li /ul h3WHAT YOU'LL BRING: /h3 ul li8+ years of IT/software proven experience. /li liExperience working in software solutions and delivery with major global organizations and industry groups. /li liAbility to enable real‑world, global use cases with new technologies and innovative thinking. /li liA strong understanding of network principles and design, and an appreciation of financial services networks. /li liFull understanding of the wider market dynamics, challenges, and technological advancements surrounding Ripple and its customers/partners to enable insightful problem solving. /li liExcellent team‑working and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and confidence among customers, suppliers, partners, and colleagues. /li liDriving customer/partner software integration engagements as the go-to person/face of the organization. /li liProactive, able to enthuse and lead others and generate energy and momentum. /li liAbility to analyze and resolve technical issues at a network, database, and/or application level. /li liHands‑on experience with software development (ideally writing production code). /li /ul h3BENEFITS: /h3 ul liCompetitive salary, bonuses, and equity. /li liCompetitive benefits covering physical and mental healthcare, retirement, family forming, and family support. /li liEmployee giving match. /li liMobile phone stipend. /li liRR days. /li liGenerous wellness reimbursement and weekly onsite virtual programming. /li liGenerous vacation policy. /li liIndustry‑leading parental leave policies; family planning benefits. /li liCatered lunches, fully‑stocked kitchens with premium snacks/beverages, and fun events. /li /ul pbRipple is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
