Our products are designed to make financial systems more efficient, secure, and robust. /p pWe are seeking a Consultant for Delivery, a client‑facing role responsible for supporting the delivery of business and technology solutions for enterprise and institutional clients. /p pOperating within the Service Enterprise Solutions organization, the Consultant works directly at client sites, spending significant time on‑site (typically 3 days per week) to support requirements gathering, solution implementation, and client engagement. This role combines functional knowledge with technical aptitude, enabling the Consultant to contribute across the solution delivery lifecycle. /p pThe Consultant is valued for their ability to understand both business processes and technical implementations, working under the guidance of Senior Consultants to deliver client value. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities) /h3 ul liWork on‑site at client locations to support solution delivery activities /li liAssist with gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement and process analysis /li liSupport implementation activities including system configuration, testing, and deployment /li liContribute to solution design activities under guidance from Senior Consultants and Solution Architects /li liWork with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and solutions meet needs /li liConfigure and customize systems based on documented requirements and design specifications /li liSupport user acceptance testing, training, and knowledge transfer activities /li liTroubleshoot issues and work with technical teams to resolve problems /liliDocument configurations, processes, and implementation decisions /li liBuild knowledge of client business operations and technical environments /li liContribute to delivery activities across requirements, implementation, testing, and support phases /li /ul h3What We Look for In You (Required Qualifications) /h3 ul li4–6 years of experience in consulting, implementation, business analysis, or technical support roles /li liUnderstanding of financial services business processes (banking, payments, custody, or related areas) /li liTechnical aptitude: ability to learn system configurations, understand basic integrations, and troubleshoot issues /li liExperience working with enterprise software or financial systems /li liAbility to gather requirements and document business processes /li liComfortable working on‑site at client locations with significant travel (3+ days per week) /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills /li liGood communication skills: ability to work with business users and technical colleagues /li liSelf‑starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high‑quality and high‑touch customer engagement throughout all phases of delivery /li liWillingness to learn new technologies and business domains /li liLanguages: German and English required for Zurich; French and English for Geneva; Italian for Lugano; flexibility based on client assignment /li liLocation: Switzerland (Zurich, Geneva, or Lugano based on client needs) /li /ul h3Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications) /h3 ul liExposure to blockchain, digital asset, or cryptocurrency technologies /li liFamiliarity with banking systems, core banking platforms, or financial applications /li liBasic technical skills in SQL, APIs, or scripting /li liBackground in professional services or system integration /li liKnowledge of custody, payments, or treasury operations /li liInterest in progressing into Senior Consultant roles /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
