In this role, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end coordination and delivery of client projects across our enterprise and institutional engagements. /ppYou aren’t just a “task‑tracker”—you are the engine that ensures project governance, documentation, and operational processes are executed with precision. This role is ideal for a professional with 2–4 years of experience in a PMO or coordination environment who possesses elite administrative skills and is ready to take full ownership of project lifecycles. /ph3What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities) /h3ulliSupport Project Managers with project administration, documentation, and coordination activities /liliMaintain project management tools, trackers, and dashboards to ensure accurate status visibility /liliPrepare and distribute project status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes /liliSchedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements /liliTrack project actions, decisions, risks, and issues, ensuring timely follow‑up and closure /liliMaintain project documentation repositories, ensuring files are organized, current, and accessible /liliAssist with onboarding new project team members and stakeholders to project processes and tools /liliCollect and consolidate project data for reporting to internal leadership and client stakeholders /liliSupport budget tracking and resource allocation activities /liliEnsure compliance with project management standards, templates, and governance frameworks /liliContribute to the improvement of PMO processes, templates, and tooling /li /ulh3What We Look for In You (Required Qualifications) /h3ulli2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration /liliExperience supporting technical or enterprise projects, preferably in financial services, fintech, or technology environments /liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail /liliProficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, MS Project, or similar platforms /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills /liliAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment /liliUnderstanding of project management principles and best practices /liliSelf‑starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high‑quality and high‑touch customer engagement throughout all phases of delivery /liliLanguages: Swiss German, German, English required; French and/or Italian a plus /liliLocation: Switzerland, with focus on Zurich and Lugano. /li /ulh3Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications) /h3ulliExposure to blockchain, digital asset, or crypto infrastructure projects /liliFamiliarity with financial services operations, banking systems, or regulated environments /liliExperience with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies /liliCAPM, PSM, or similar project management certifications /liliInterest in progressing into Project Manager roles /li /ulpbStay Safe from Job Scams /b All official Blockstream communication will come from an @ blockstream.com email address.
