Overview
In this role, you will lead the Impact Insights engineering team in Frankfurt to transform observability into actionable intelligence for Bloomberg’s real-time data platform. You define the technical roadmap for impact attribution and guide cross-functional collaboration across product, infra, and support. You shape end-to-end observability and incident-resolution workflows, emphasizing explainability and automation. You will foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture with strong engineering practices and shared ownership.
