As Head of Finance, you own the entire finance operation behind one of Europe's fastest-growing companies, across multiple entities in Europe and the US. You own accounting for all entities: full ownership of the accounting stack, and the transition to fully in-house accounting in 2027. You also run controlling, taxes and treasury, incl. month-end, quarterly and annual closings, cost and profit center reporting, tax declaration and cash flow forecast You roll out a lean ERP and turn everything manual in finance into workflows and AI agents. You will structure, hire and lead the finance team You work directly with founders and the extended leadership team. What's in it

You have been part of building a finance in a fast-growing, international environment You have run closings with across multiple geographies You are experienced in finance director usual responsabilities Your are talented in worflow automations, AI for finance is you cup of tea You speak German C2 and English C1.
