The Role As a GTM Engineer, you build the systems and processes that power hypergrowth across Europe. You combine modern GTM tools, data, and AI to identify, enrich, and activate scalable outbound and growth engines.
You are not just executing campaigns—you are building the infrastructure behind repeatable revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Build scalable lead generation workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, and similar platforms
Research, enrich, and qualify leads using multiple data sources and APIs
Develop and optimize outbound campaigns together with the founding team (targeting, messaging, deliverability)
Automate sales and marketing processes using AI and modern SaaS tools
Analyze funnel, conversion, and campaign data to continuously improve performance
Work closely with Product and Engineering to feed GTM insights back into the product
What You Bring
Strong growth mindset with a focus on building scalable systems, not one-off campaigns
Experience with modern GTM and lead generation tools (e.g. Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, PhantomBuster)
Solid understanding of outbound, lead enrichment, ICPs, intent signals, and deliverability
Technical literacy: comfortable with APIs, automation tools, or light scripting (no need to be a senior engineer, but you should not be intimidated by API documentation)
Pragmatic execution style: start lean, ship fast, iterate quickly
Fluent German (mandatory for DACH-focused outbound) and strong English
