Head of Marketing , you'll own the entire marketing function end‑to‑end and play a critical role in scaling the company’s growth engine.
Your mission will be to generate qualified pipeline for the Sales team while building a world‑class marketing organization capable of supporting hypergrowth.
Own the complete marketing strategy and execution, with a strong focus on lead generation.
Manage and optimize a marketing budget exceeding €700,000 per month.
Define marketing priorities, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and channel strategies.
Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing marketing team.
Drive media buying strategy and scaling initiatives in collaboration with the Performance Marketing team.
Design and implement creative, content, and testing frameworks across advertising, website, and funnel experiences.
Take ownership of website messaging, positioning, customer journey, and conversion optimization.
Improve lifecycle marketing through newsletter and email automation initiatives.
Develop influencer partnerships, content initiatives, and social media growth strategies.
Define SEO, social media, and personal branding strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and execute go‑to‑market initiatives for new products, features, and market opportunities.
Work directly with executive leadership to accelerate company growth.

Excellent instinct for high‑performing creatives, messaging, and customer acquisition strategies.
