The role
Help grow our investor base across DACH, Nordic and Benelux markets. You will develop investor relationships and progress fundraising opportunities across our investment strategies and bespoke solutions, working closely with the Head of Fundraising DACH.

- Identify and approach new prospects, turning investor dialogue into a well-prioritised fundraising pipeline.
- Align DACH investor targeting, relationship ownership and fundraising execution with the Head of Fundraising DACH.

Job requirements
What you bring
- Relevant experience in private-markets fundraising, investor relations or distribution, with evidence of contributing to fundraising outcomes.
- Strong private-markets knowledge and the ability to build understanding across the BlueEarth platform.
- Strong relationship and project-management skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage concurrent priorities.
- Professional fluency in German and English, with willingness to travel regularly to our target markets. /
