For our location in Munich or Berlin, we are looking for a working student for approx. 20 hours per week.

As part of the Marketing Team, you will be in charge of:

  1. Processing incoming user enquiries, reviews in the app stores, and community management.
  2. Handling specific enquiries in coordination with the relevant specialist department while always keeping an eye on all topics that affect our users and creating reports.

Social Media

  1. Contributing to the planning, creation, and publication of social media content.
  2. Monitoring and analysing the performance of our social media channels and creating reports.
  3. Developing creative ideas for campaigns and activities that strengthen our brand.

Sustainability

  1. Supporting our internal Green Team with administrative tasks related to sustainable corporate strategies and the preparation of our annual carbon footprint.
  2. Working closely with various departments and external partners.

Requirements:

  1. Enrolled student in a relevant degree programme (e.g., communication sciences, marketing, sustainability management, or similar).
  2. Ability to speak English and at least another language like French, Spanish, Polish, Czech, etc. (German is not a must).
  3. Interest in customer communication, social media, and sustainability.
  4. Some experience in social media management or customer support would be an advantage.
  5. Confident handling of MS Office and common social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
  6. Creativity, affinity for numbers, organisational talent, and a meticulous way of working.
  7. Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working in a team.
