Enterprise Account Executive | €140–160K OTE | DeepTech AI SaaS | Stuttgart
Location: Stuttgart (2–3 days/week in-office)

Product: ISO-certified AI platform transforming complex industrial assembly processes
Work on something real. This isn’t just another SaaS tool — it’s a mission-critical AI system used by top-tier manufacturers. You’ll join early, sell a proven product, and help build the GTM engine from the ground up. Think: deep tech, zero outbound done to date, and full ownership alongside the founders.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales (€100K+ ACV, €700K–800K ARR quota)
- Build outbound motion & land flagship industrial accounts
- Partner closely with BDRs, marketing & founders
- Sell to industrial manufacturers, machinery, auto, defence
- Deal cycle: 4–12 months | DACH focus
- 10% uncapped commission
- Significant VSOPs for early joiners
- Hybrid setup with strong team collaboration (2–3 days in-office)
What You Bring
- 2+ years B2B SaaS or DeepTech sales (mid-market/enterprise)
- Track record with 6-figure, multi-stakeholder deals
- Industrial or technical sales experience
- Comfortable with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, startup pace & ambiguity
