Overview
Role focus: enterprise clients with the opportunity to shape the go-to-market motion in the DACH market.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle hunting role with strong support from Marketing & a BDR team
- Focus on Enterprise clients (1,000–5,000 employees | €50–250M turnover)
- Manage deals typically €30–60K in value with 3–6 month cycles
- Target key buyer personas: Marketing Managers & Leaders within B2C companies
- Be the first Enterprise AE in the DACH team, helping shape the go-to-market motion
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in complex sales environments
- Track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in a fast-paced, tech-driven business
- Fluent in German and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in a scale-up setting
- Experience in MarTech or CRM platforms
