For an ambitious AI startup funded by Speedinvest in Berlin, I am currently looking for a Senior Account Executive for the DACH market. The company is developing an agentic AI operating system for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Instead of optimizing individual processes, AI agents automate entire workflows and modernize existing ERP systems. With €3.1 million in pre-seed funding and four planned product modules, the company is still at the very beginning of its commercial scale-up.

An ambitious personality in SaaS sales with at least 2 years of closing experience and a proven track record of independently winning complex deals, even without a big brand behind you.
Условия:
- Up to €160,000 OTE (50/50 split) + equity from day one
- €50k–€500k ARR deal sizes with a 3–4 month sales cycle
- Clear development path to Account Director
- First dedicated AE with an existing sales playbook and BDR support
- Direct collaboration with founders and GTM leadership
- Enormous upsell potential through three more planned AI modules
