There are not many opportunities where you get C-level access from day one, learn MEDDICC-driven enterprise sales under a leadership team that's run it at real scale before, and build inside a company backed by serious capital and credibility. This is one of them:
- AI upskilling platform tackling one of the biggest gaps in enterprise AI adoption: companies have already bought the tooling, but the workforce isn't ready to use it
- Applied learning model, not classroom training: every learner runs a real mini-project against their own work, with productivity goals set upfront and ROI measured at the end
- Live commercial proof: a €6.5M workforce transformation opportunity inside a 2,000-person automotive group entity, closing at 6 months
- The founder is actively opening C-level doors and the topic itself is a live boardroom conversation right now, well beyond typical L&D budget territory
- Senior leadership team with genuine enterprise SaaS pedigree: the CRO ran a European business for over a decade at a household-name enterprise software company, and the VP Germany joins from six years at another major cybersecurity scale-up
- A well-resourced regional build-out: 17 AEs hired this year, 4 Regional Directors already in place, 3 offices opened including a brand-new hub, all backed by an established, well-funded business
What is expected...
- Run full-cycle enterprise new business: self-generate your own pipeline, discovery through to closing
- Sell to C-level and VP-level on the business problem (growth, revenue, cost, quality, doing more with fewer people) not as a training purchase
- Work enterprise accounts of 5,000+ employees across traditional German industries: automotive, pharma, industrials, logistics
- Expand inside accounts by broadening into other departments and role groups once you land
- Ramp on an established enterprise GTM playbook and work closely with Customer Success, Marketing and Product on delivery and outcomes
- Bring an ownership mindset to a region still being shaped, backed by structure and process that already works elsewhere in the business
What you get...
- €200K OTE, 50/50 split (Strategic AE track up to €240K OTE for 5+ years experience)
- Equity for every hire
- A dedicated learning and development budget with time set aside to use it
- Hybrid, modern offices across all cities, 3 days in office (client visits count)
- Direct exposure to a leadership team with a genuine enterprise track record, and a clear path upward within the region
What you bring
- 3+ years of genuine enterprise closing experience, not a blend of SDR and AE time
- Track record above 100% attainment, ideally across all three years (one softer year is fine with a good explanation, especially against President's Club evidence)
- Stability: three years across three companies is a dealbreaker
- Executive presence: you're comfortable holding your own with C-level and senior stakeholders, in tone and vocabulary
- Comfortable building structure in a region that's still being shaped, while operating within an established company
- Fluent German and English
MEDDICC or other methodology training, President's Club recognition, and sector exposure in automotive, pharma, industrials or logistics are all a plus.
