Role Description
This is a rare opportunity to join an Account Executive team in DACH, owning a greenfield territory with the chance to build and shape the region from the ground up. You will run full-cycle enterprise sales, supported by a growing GTM team (marketing, BDR, sales engineer, solution consultant) and backed by a proven, global scale-up.
With deal sizes averaging €100–200K ARR and sales cycles of 4–5 months, you will target top enterprise logos across retail, finance, travel, and more. Your quota will sit around €1.2M ARR, and you’ll play a key role in establishing a high-growth motion that will 10x revenue in the next 2–3 years.

After a $300M funding round to accelerate European expansion, the company is now building its DACH presence. Having already proven the model in LATAM (scaling from 0 to 100 hires in under 3 years, now the best-performing region), this is the launch point for replicating that success in DACH.

Responsibilities
- Build and grow pipeline from scratch while leveraging marketing, BDRs, and solution consultants
- Manage complex multi-stakeholder deal cycles (VP/C-level, multiple buying centers)
- Establish repeatable playbooks and processes to scale the DACH sales motion
- Contribute to building a top-performing regional team and market presence
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of closing €700K+ ARR quota with six-figure deal sizes
- Strong hunting skills and ability to self-generate pipeline in a low-enablement environment
- Experience managing senior executive stakeholders and complex buying groups
- German mother tongue + fluent English
- Strong ownership, work ethic, and willingness to build the DACH business
- Martech sales experience or familiarity with marketing/media performance solutions
- Experience being the first sales hire in a new market and building GTM foundations
