- German B2B SaaS scale-up in the Healthcare space
- Team of 20 people (and growing) with an office in Berlin
- $0 to $1mio in <1>
- Signing 50+ customers p/m, with little to no marketing
About the role - what will you do here?
- Channel experimentation, then scaling what works
- Double down on Paid Ads, #1 channel is Meta Ads
- CRO, A/B testing and optimize landing pages
- Finetune positioning, messaging and tone of voice
About you - what experience do you bring?
- German is your first language (level C1/C2)
- 1-4 years (growth) marketing experience
- Generalist, able to test various growth initiatives
- Experience with AI & Automation tools
The salary package is up to €70-90k + equity.
