Founding AE / GTM Lead | €120K Base + Equity | AI HealthTech | Munich
Location: Munich (3+ days/week in office preferred)

Product: AI-powered hospital revenue and case management platform covering patient admission, documentation, medical coding, billing, and insurer claims
Become the first commercial hire to take real ownership of sales at an early-stage AI HealthTech company. You'll work directly with the founders to move the business from founder-led selling toward a repeatable GTM engine, with the opportunity to close the first major reference customers for its new platform.
The company already has hospital customers, strong routes into the German market, and a recently funded platform targeting a clearly defined market of roughly 500 hospital buyer entities.

What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through proof-of-value, negotiation, and close
- Take ownership of existing warm opportunities and hospital relationships
- Build relationships across targeted German hospital groups
- Navigate CEOs, CFOs, IT leaders, Medical Controllers, and other clinical stakeholders
- Bring MEDDIC-style structure to complex opportunities
- Build the first repeatable qualification, discovery, demo, proposal, and deal-management processes
- Develop different GTM approaches for public and private hospitals
- Navigate procurement, data protection, and tender processes
- Work closely with founders and Product as the platform evolves
- Land the first reference customers and six-figure contracts for the new platform
- Expected sales cycle: ~3–6 months, with tenders potentially reaching 6–9 months
The Opportunity
This is not a high-volume cold-calling role. Market access already exists through industry partners, investors, and experienced advisors. Your challenge is turning that access into signed revenue across complex buying groups.
You'll have genuine zero-to-one ownership of the commercial motion, significant founder exposure, and the opportunity to directly influence the company's ambition to reach €1M–€3M live ARR in 2027.
Strong performance could create a path toward VP Sales as the commercial organisation develops.
- 3+ years of sales experience in complex environments
- Experience selling into healthcare, hospitals, or a highly relevant adjacent market
- Zero-to-one experience building or shaping a sales motion
- Strong consultative selling and deal-management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate conflicting stakeholder priorities
- Proactive ownership mentality and comfort operating with ambiguity
- German and English fluency
Nice to Have
- Public procurement or tender experience
- MEDDIC / MEDDPICC experience
- Startup or early-stage scale-up experience
- Experience selling technology spanning multiple internal IT systems
