You will leverage AI tools to create your curriculum, from presentations to tests, learning material, and visualization. Also videos and other tools. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 pb1) Program Development /b /p ul liYou will plan and create the curricula for businesses and public programs. /li liYou build your own material incl. tests and certification, from start to finish. /li liCoordinating, organizing, and conducting multi-day training sessions every month. /li liYou are also prepared to create all the necessary material to promote the programs. /li /ul pb2) Program Execution /b /p ul liConducting the defined trainings for the three main groups,executives, managers, and users, including tests and certification. /li liConducting customer‑specific training, including tests and certification. /li /ul pb3) Project Engagement /b /p ul liYou will participate in several project meetings, present, and learn from the needs to address them in the customer’s specific training. /li liYou may also join sales presentations if time permits to keep an ear on the market. /li /ul pb4) AI Agent Skill Development /b Based on your work experience and our customers’ agent collaboration experience, you will help the Agent Design Teams further develop those agents and create new agents for solutions that would not be possible without them. /p h3Qualification /h3 h3Domain Experience /h3 ul liYou are an experienced trainer with strong didactic skills. /li liYou produce your own curriculum, tests and hand on exercises. /li liYou have trained others in technology and business usage. /li /ul h3AI Expertise /h3 ul liYou have a good understanding of the latest AI models and their impact, including LLMs, GPT‑01, 05, RAG, and APIs. /li liYou understand business workflows and can rapidly adapt to a new AI paradigm /li liCloud or SaaS implementations are nothing new to you; you have experience with both the technology and business models. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.br/ /li liYou have experience as a consultant and the empathy to help others. /li /ul h3Professional Networking /h3 ul liYou have a significant network of professionals for exchange. /li liYou are open‑minded and seek input from peers in your industry. /li liYou maintain a professional exchange with others on LinkedIn. /li /ul h3Cognitive Abilities /h3 ul liYour curiosity is far above average, and you want to know everything. /li liYour creativity is beyond the norm, and you develop unique and utterly helpful solutions. /li liYou are well connected with peers and receive support from other brilliant minds. /li liYou are collaborative, including collaboration with AI.
