- Own packaging development from concept through commercialization for new product launches, line extensions, and renovations.
- Lead packaging trials, line validations, and performance testing to ensure all packaging meets requirements.
- Develop and maintain Blueland’s packaging technical standards and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science, Packaging Engineering, or related discipline with 7+ years relevant experience.
- Demonstrated technical expertise developing primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging combined with supplier management.
- Strong commercial and analytical capabilities with experience in supplier negotiations and cost modeling.
