Our client, a growing start-up Life Sciences strategy consulting firm, with an annual turnover of ~€5M, located in Munich Germany (remote/hybrid), is currently looking to hire a talented Partner (Fluent German is required ) to play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth of the business.

The Company: The leadership team has a mix of senior-level Pharma industry experience, combined with top-tier strategy consulting, including McKinsey. They currently have a strong pipeline of projects, which typically cover a wide spectrum of topics from Strategy, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Clients include innovative Biotechs to Pharma and Medtech, primarily based in the DACH region.

The Role: As a Partner, your primary role will be spearheading new business development efforts, leveraging your existing network within the pharma sector to identify and secure new clients and projects. Beyond client acquisition, you’ll also be involved in client delivery, fostering strong relationships with life sciences executives, providing strategic guidance, and ultimately being a trusted sparing partner for senior executives in top pharma and biotech companies. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in team leadership, nurturing and developing a high-performing consulting team.

Key Requirements:

  • Strategy Consulting experience from a top consulting firm (minimum of 5-10 years).
  • Proven track record of successfully developing life sciences clients.
  • Broad network within life sciences with the ability to leverage those relationships to secure new clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of the life sciences sector (pharma, biotech, medtech)
  • Fluency in German
  • Based in Germany or open to relocation
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Outstanding analytical ability, problem-solving, mathematical and logical thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in working in a start-up environment
