The Senior Manager Service Delivery & Network Resource Management is accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of network services, resource planning, operational governance, and continuous improvement across complex, multi‑site or global environments. This leader ensures service excellence, optimizes network resource utilization, drives operational efficiency, and maintains strong stakeholder relationships while aligning service delivery with business outcomes.
Candidate Required Minimum Qualifications and Skills
We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery & Network Resource Management Leader to drive operational excellence across large‑scale network environments. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in service delivery governance, network operations, resource planning, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of leading high‑performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT & network services, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.
- Oversee network resource planning, capacity forecasting, and workforce allocation.
- Manage incident, problem, and change processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Drive continuous service improvement and operational efficiency across multi‑site environments.
- Build strong relationships with CXO‑level stakeholders and act as senior escalation point.
- Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and commercial performance.
- Lead and mentor cross‑functional engineering and service delivery teams.
Skills & Experience
- Strong background in WAN/LAN, routing/switching, SD‑WAN, firewalls, cloud networking.
- Expertise in ITIL v3/v4, service governance, and operational frameworks.
- Proven leadership in large, complex network operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in resource management, capacity planning, and team development.
- Financial acumen: budgeting, cost optimisation, vendor management.
- Preferred certifications: ITIL v4, CCNP/CCIE, PMP/Prince2.
