SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER – BICYCLES in Grenchen

BMC Switzerland is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Bicycles to shape product strategy across our complete commercial bicycle portfolio, from core products to our most ambitious and technologically advanced halo products.

This is a senior role for someone who understands that exceptional products are not created by simply adding features.

They are created by understanding what riders genuinely value, and turning that understanding into meaningful performance, differentiation and commercial success.

We are seeking to fill the following position at our headquarters in Grenchen, Switzerland.

What is yours:

• Own and drive product strategy and product direction across BMC’s commercial bicycle portfolio.
• You'll lead products from early concept through development, launch and lifecycle management, working across engineering, design, marketing, sales, sourcing, retail and leadership.

You'll also:

• Bring deep expertise in the road and gravel categories.
• Work with global markets, retailers, suppliers, manufacturers and development partners.
• Navigate complex internal and external relationships to keep product projects moving.
• Build persuasive product arguments and create stakeholder alignment.
• Travel frequently across international markets, retail, suppliers, development partners and industry events.

Your profile:

• 7+ years of bicycle product management and/or development experience.
• Proven, experienced understanding of road and gravel.
• Deep knowledge of bicycle technology, components, materials, geometry, manufacturing and performance.
• Strong understanding of the global bicycle business, competitive positioning, pricing, segmentation and portfolio strategy.
• An established network across brands, suppliers and manufacturers.
