- Hunter-focused Area Sales Manager role covering Southern Germany

The Role:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for developing new business across Southern Germany, with a particular focus on Munich and the wider region. The role is heavily weighted towards new business development, from identifying prospects and securing trials through to winning orders and establishing new customer accounts.
You will sell specialist stretch film, ventilated stretch film and pallet-wrapping solutions into sectors including food & beverage, consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, and agriculture. There will also be some account management responsibility across existing customers.
The Location:
Field-based, covering Southern Germany, including Munich, Frankfurt and the southern border region, with scope across central and eastern areas such as Leipzig and Dresden.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience within packaging, stretch film or a closely related industry
- Strong new business development and hunter mentality
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent German and English
- Comfortable managing a largely autonomous field-based territory
- Full driving licence
- German work authorisation / ability to work in Germany
