Responsibilities

• 
  
• Design the architecture of AI and data platforms and ensure continuous development – from initial idea to productive operation.
  
• Advise business units and departmental IT on developing data and AI strategies and collaboratively identify innovative, scalable use cases.
  
• Support and drive the implementation of lighthouse use cases, develop solution architectures, and implement them together with IT departments of business units into operational use.
  
• Link platform and application development, define interfaces, and ensure new requirements are directly integrated into AI and data platforms.
  
• Integrate AI components, knowledge graphs, and ontologies into platforms and ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  
• Shape the future of software development through AI-supported development processes, agents, and automation.
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• University degree in (business) informatics with a focus on AI or comparable qualification.
  
• At least five years of experience in designing and implementing complex AI and data architectures with in-depth knowledge of modern cloud and platform architectures and scalable AI and data solutions.
  
• Experience in deploying and co-developing cross-organizational platform solutions.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of data integration, orchestration, quality and governance, with understanding of IT-security, data protection and compliance handling sensitive data.
  
• Experience in technical leadership, working in an agile environment, ability to explain complex topics clearly, strong communication and consulting skills, independent and solution-oriented working style.
  
• Very good German and English skills.
