As a quality engineer in the development area of high-voltage energy storage cells, you will work at the heart of the high-voltage energy storage system.
This includes ensuring the outstanding customer quality of the electrified drive system.
What awaits you?
You ensure the achievement of quality targets in the area of your components and their functions.
Your working areas are situated in the development sector and center around the processes of target, requirements and risk management (incl.
FMEA), as well as problem and assurance management.
Within the scope of your activities, you will work in interdisciplinary teams of development, purchasing and manufacturing, where you will steer the achievement of quality objectives.
You will identify and follow up on actions and decisions needs.
If the achievement of quality targets is jeopardized, you will carry out a targeted escalation within your reporting channel, which extends to executive circles.
What should you bring along?
Completed technical studies.
Experience in component development, preferably in the area of high-voltage energy storage.
Sound knowledge in the application of development methods and Q methods.
Green belt training Six Sigma / DFSS is desirable.
You have solid negotiation abilities and a high level of commitment to customer quality.
An independent way of working and a high level of initiative round off your qualifications.
Business fluent German and English skills are a prerequisite.
