Support the General Counsel (Global Legal & Compliance)
Draft, review, and manage international contracts, contract standards, and claims
Handle corporate housekeeping and legal entity management, including corporate structures and board/shareholder documentation.
Establish and further develop compliance structures, policies, and reporting.
Oversee legal risk management , investigations, claims, and litigation
Coordinate and manage external legal counsel
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, Treasury, POC/HR, IT & Operations
Profile
Degree in Law , Business Law, or a comparable legal qualification
More than 5 years of experience in Legal and/or Compliance, ideally in an international industrial environment
Solid knowledge of corporate law, contract law, compliance, and corporate governance
Strong methodological competence in Compliance Management, Corporate Governance, Contract Review, and Legal Risk Management
Additional qualifications in compliance and data protection are an advantage
Fluent English (written and spoken)
