Responsibilities & Tasks

• Acquisition and sale of residential investment properties (multi-family homes, land, etc.)
• Proactive consulting and client management
• Conducting property viewings and negotiations
• Creating analyses for real estate investment marketing
• Conceptualizing, marketing, and managing offers

Required Skills & Qualities

• Completed real estate-related education or relevant degree
• Initial experience in sales of commercial properties, with a focus on residential market
• Persuasive, negotiation skills, and strong communication
• Entrepreneurial mindset, sales talent, and team spirit
• Excellent German, English, and MS Office skills
