BO-and-Company is hiring on behalf of a client, a molded fiber packaging manufacturer based in Türkiye. Our client is looking for an experienced technical advisor to support its engineering team as it invests in new machinery and improves its existing lines.
What you’ll do
- Advise on machine manufacturing, including a new high-speed rotary machine
- Support the team in improving the maintenance of existing production lines
- Guide automation improvements across the plant
- Share practical know-how with the engineers and help them solve technical problems
What we’re looking for
- Hands‑on experience in designing, building or maintaining molded fiber (moulded pulp) machines
- Experience with high-speed, multi-lane forming lines
- Strong background in industrial maintenance and automation
- Experience in egg packaging is a strong plus
- Good command of English
How you’ll work
- A flexible advisory role, not a full-time position
- It starts with an introductory call and continue with regular sessions
- Mostly remote support, with occasional visits to the client’s plant in Türkiye
