Reporting to the Head of UX Design, you will have the opportunity to influence the product direction and drive innovation through your expertise in user-centered design. /ppIn this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and fellow designers to define and help implement clear, effective, and user-centered experiences for our enterprise software. /ph3Your responsibilities will include: /h3ulliCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand the solution/product goals and design requirements. /liliTranslate user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements into clear, intuitive, and effective design solutions. /liliRapidly create and iterate designs using conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes while ensuring the delivery of clear, detailed design specifications. /liliApply design solutions directly within the Board platform, using its built-in design capabilities to create usable interfaces, data-rich views, and business-oriented workflows while adapting to platform constraints. /liliLeverage our pattern library to create designs and identify opportunities to expand it by working closely with the UI infrastructure team. /liliCommunicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and user-centered design processes effectively. /liliContribute to evolving design standards and guidelines to enhance overall user experience quality across all of Board's solutions/products. /liliApply usability heuristics and stay current with design best practices to evaluate new and existing features, offering valuable suggestions for improvement. /li /ulh3What we look for: /h3ulliAcademic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. /liliProven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Experience with enterprise software is a plus. /liliGood knowledge of user-centered and iterative design processes, usability principles, and best practices. /liliProficiency in Figma is required; experience with other design tools is welcome. /liliFamiliarity with AI-assisted design workflows, prototyping, and design-to-code collaboration, including experience with tools such as "Figma Make", "Cursor", or similar platforms, is also valued. /liliKnowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., "WCAG") is a plus. /liliStrong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively. /liliStrong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineers. /liliStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate design rationale clearly to different stakeholders. /liliExperience or domain knowledge in enterprise planning processes such as supply chain, forecasting, assortment and replenishment in retail, and financial planning is considered an advantage. /liliSelf-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. /liliFluency in English; additional languages are advantageous. /li /ulh3Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion /h3pJoin a company that believes in the added value of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
