The Role
The Business Development Associate will be instrumental in boosting Bob W’s performance in Germany by prospecting, booking, and managing corporate accounts. As a key member of our expanding B2B team, this experienced seller will leverage their existing network of travel buyers in Germany and utilize their toolkit to establish Bob W as the preferred accommodations provider in the region. They are proactive self-starters who excel at building and nurturing relationships with a strategic approach to generate profitable revenue and foster brand loyalty.
As part of our Growth Team, you will join an international group of customer acquisition and revenue management professionals committed to growth hacking. We employ traditional tools for hotel customer acquisition while also testing innovative approaches and thinking outside the box.
This position is hybrid-remote within Germany, preferably for candidates based in or near Munich.

In this role, you will :
- Manage the entire business development cycle, including cold contacting as a key strategy.
- Build long-term partnerships within the local start-up community.
- Identify strategies to penetrate the “corporate” market.
- Create a “hidden” sales network by establishing non-ordering collaborations with local partners such as restaurants, cafes, gyms, and co-working spaces.
- Work with internal teams to make data-driven decisions and execute strategies effectively.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence.
Our ideal candidate has :
- A proactive, ambitious, results-driven attitude. Experienced in identifying leads, reaching out, and closing deals from cold contacts.
- At least 1+ years of successful sales or business development experience in a B2B environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in the Travel, Lodgings, TMC, or Group Booking ecosystem is preferred.
- Native German speaker with excellent English skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive experience is a plus).
- Experience in onboarding and managing client accounts.
- Organized, process-oriented, with strong knowledge of B2B sales techniques.
