As a replacement from a colleague leaving to Bobst Italy, you will work as Service Parts S&OP Leader for several product lines within the Strategic Planning department.

The Service Parts S&OP Leader will report directly to the S&OP Manager.

You will oversee the coordination between the different actors working to ensure the highest standards of service levels, defining the correct level and mix of inventory to support Bobst customers while optimizing Bobst supply chain operational and financial performance.

You will interact with product lines R&D, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, Master-Planning, Pricing, and other departments to accompany Products’ service level definition. In coordination with Supply chain departments, you will implement and manage worldwide stocks and ensure service level and financial performance.

Your responsibilities
Strategic needs analysis and supply chain plan definition :

  1. Prepare and orchestrate S&OP rhythm with Sales, Marketing, Product Support and relevant departments.
  2. Be a reliable go-to person for all business planning actors, federating them with trust.
  3. Feed the Budget and financial Forecast for Inventories, SMI and related topics.
  4. Support Product lifecycle (phase In, ramp up, …, phase out) process and implement relevant inventory and distribution at part level.
  5. Participate, analyze and follow up of the Product Maturity Process, and Service Development Process.

Master data management :
Responsible to ensure master data quality impacting the product lines.
Product and SCM performance management :

  1. Propose SCM performance modelling on PTC-Servigistics (SO fill rate, equipment uptime), ATP (allocations, distribution costs, …), and other strategic tools impacting overall network performance.
  2. Control all aspects of the supply chain setting and modelling to reach requested performance on key metrics.
  3. Setting of inventory levels and performance targets.
  4. Interact with SP Master-Planner to define deviations and to consider operational constraints coming from other supply chain partners (purchasing, sourcing, logistics, …).
  5. Treat critical stocks requests and tracking.
  6. Monitor and manage global inventory quality/integrity and drive necessary actions (Phase out, Scrap, fire sales, recalls, supersessions, …).

Continuous Improvement :

  1. Be a Key User on PTC’s Servigistics and SAP for SCM operations.
  2. Contribute to Service transformation: definition, implementation, and harmonization of group wide processes.

Your education and languages capabilities :

  1. Bachelor’s in engineering or business school or demonstrated experience.
  2. English fluency is a must. French, Italian or German is a strong plus.
  3. APICS (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) or equivalent is a plus.

Your professional experience :

  1. Material Management or supply chain experience (Planning, Procurement, Fulfilment, …). 3 Years minimum.
  2. S&OP experience or Strategic Planning of resources (Material / Field service / Manufacturing…).
  3. Bobst Products knowledge is a strong plus.
  4. Continuous improvement skills & experience (lean six sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, …).
  5. PTC SPM (Service Parts management) Servigistics knowledge (or other MEIO too) is a plus.
  6. Strong analytics ability: Excel, BI tools, Database query language.

  1. Your strong analytical skills and learning abilities will allow you to quickly operate in a complex supply chain while leading with data.
  2. Autonomous and dynamic, your interpersonal skills will allow you to federate actors around your goals in a matrix environment.
  3. You are motivated by working in a globalized, multicultural company and be a part in defining its strategy.

Up to 20% of time can be dedicated to travelling to other Bobst sites.
