Then we offer you the opportunity to gain an insight into the tasks and projects of our creative AV team within the newsroom at the headquarters of our corporate association in Ingelheim and to take on exciting and challenging tasks.

As part of the traineeship, internal work shadowing and participation in a trainee seminar are planned.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• During your traineeship, you will learn the basics of state-of-the-art media production, from concept development and creation to multiplatform publishing to the highest standard.
• You will support the AV team with all types of content creation such as videos, animations, graphics and audio formats.
• You will work closely with the editorial team to develop and implement the right formats for a wide range of topics.
• Together with colleagues, you will develop new visual ideas for our external channels, especially in the area of social media
• You will support the production of creative videos in our modern green screen studio
• As a global company, we offer insights into the planning, design and realization of large, global campaigns with a wide variety of visual content.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed studies, preferably in audiovisual publishing, time-based media, media management or other courses with a focus on media production (video, graphics, animation and audio design)
• Initial practical experience in the field of media production of audiovisual formats for various channels through internships or freelance work
• Good knowledge of the digital media world, especially in the field of social media
• A high degree of initiative, creativity, a structured way of working and the ability to work in a team
• Good language skills and confident communication in English; good knowledge of German
• Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite programs

What we can offer you:

• You will be given 2.5 days of paid time off for every full month of the communications traineeship
• A full-time communications traineeship is 37.5 hours a week
• During your communications traineeship you will receive an allowance of 2800€ per month
• In our team we also offer you a hybrid working model in which you can work remotely several days a week!
• The duration of the communications traineeship is 18 months. The desired start date is currently in November 2024. Please enter the desired period in your application.
