The Position
The asset team, a cross-functional team of leaders, oversees an Asset’s lifecycle from inception to management. They craft and implement the Asset strategy, focusing on patient-centricity, value enhancement, innovation, and swift delivery. The team, including various leads, makes operational decisions, prepares strategic recommendations, and executes development plans with a focus on time, cost, and quality.
The Evidence Lead is a key integrator, managing a team of Clinical Program Leaders. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the Evidence Network functions and the ability to bring them together for relevant discussions. The Evidence Integration Team is responsible for defining the evidence generation strategy and facilitating synchronization within the Evidence Network.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- As the driving force behind the development and implementation of an integrated evidence generation strategy, your role will be pivotal in ensuring swift and widespread patient access.
- Your strategic planning will also maximize the asset’s competitive value throughout its lifecycle by demonstrating how our asset meets the needs of various stakeholders, including patients, regulators, payers, and healthcare providers.
- The role involves the creation and execution of an integrated asset evidence strategy. This responsibility will require you to be innovative, proactive, and strategic in your approach, ensuring the best outcomes for our organization.
- You will be tasked with leading the cross-functional Evidence Integration team, comprised of members from various departments within the Evidence Network, including Clinical Operations, Biostatistics and Data Sciences, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Patient Engagement.
Requirements
- We’re seeking a candidate with a medical degree, preferably a certified medical oncologist with extensive industry experience.
- Sound clinical development experience in a respective field with extensive years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the Therapeutic Area of Oncology, ideally having worked on studies involving T-cell engagers.
- With long-term expertise in interpreting and communicating clinical trial results and scientific/medical knowledge, the ideal candidate can bring complex concepts to life for diverse audiences.
- Leadership skills are a must, with several years of experience in a matrix environment and a proven track record of guiding teams towards shared goals.
- The role requires an in-depth understanding of the lifecycle stages of medicinal products, from pre-launch to post-launch activities.
- Expertise in the relevant disease area is essential, along with project and budget management skills for studies and clear, concise communication skills.
- A track record showcasing successful interactions with regulatory affairs authorities, international societies, and other key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills are key, complemented by top-notch presentation, training, and facilitation abilities.
- Effective and efficient decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations with ease.
