Are you at the conclusion of your academic endeavors and poised to embark on your professional journey within the pharmaceutical sector? Consider joining our Global Supply Animal Health Trainee Program. Throughout this program, you\’ll experience rotations across different departments, tackling projects on your own. A Senior Manager will be appointed as your mentor to offer guidance and support throughout your growth journey.
From the outset, you\’ll become an integral member of BI DISCOVER, our interdisciplinary trainee network. You and your peers will engage in various training modules (including negotiation and change management), attend leadership discussions, and much more. We appreciate your proactivity and eagerly anticipate your input.

• You will get to know at least 4 different areas within 2 years, e.g. Supply Chain Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Network Strategy, Business Process Excellence & Digital, Quality, External Manufacturing, Manufacturing Science & Technology, Manufacturing Operationsand Project Management.
• You will work on innovative projects and take on responsibility from the very beginning.
• You will experience diverse cultures and boost your intercultural skills with an exciting placement opportunity abroad – subject to availability.
• You can expand your network and broaden your competencies by working on cross-departmental projects with other trainees.
• A mentor will provide advice and guidance throughout the entire trainee program.
• You will participate in various training sessions and seminars.

• You are interested in taking on a leadership role in the future and want to prepare specifically for this
• You have strong team and communication skills, resilience, and a certain drive to make things happen
• You\’re someone who volunteers, has completed a year of community service or is actively involved in a local association
• You have an excellent master\’s or Diploma degree, preferably with a PhD and/or initial professional experience
• Fields of study: Biology, (Bio-)Chemistry, (Bio-)Pharmacy, (Bio-/Business-)Informatics, Biotechnology, Medicine, Business Studies with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Data Science, Industrial Engineering or comparable Natural/Engineering Sciences
• Excellent English skills, other languages are beneficial
